Your DEPOSIT puts you in line to choose a kitten: EARLY Selection families choose from about 2 weeks old, and REGULAR waitlist families at about 8 weeks, if any kittens remain.
When kittens are born, we let EARLY Selection families know, in payment order, beginning with any who also added PRIORITY. Early Selection officially opens when the kittens are about 2 weeks old. (If there are more LITTER HOLD families than kittens born, LITTER HOLD families will be placed in the selection queue before non-LITTER HOLD families.)
The first family in line may choose sooner than 2 weeks if they would like to. If they do, the next family in line has that same choice, and so on.
When the kittens are 8 weeks old, if there are any remaining, REGULAR waitlist families are notified, beginning with any who added PRIORITY.
Regardless of which list, each family has up to 24 hours to choose, or they can opt to wait until later, or wait for another litter.
The regular waitlist
If there are NOT kittens still available at 8 weeks, you will be bumped from that litter and will have another chance with the next litter.
If you are bumped by EARLY Selection families from one litter from EACH of our queens, we will give you the LITTER HOLD upgrade for no charge.
Payments and pickup
Totals given are for your DEPOSIT, which is 1/3 of the TOTAL price; your next TWO payments should be this SAME amount, provided no changes are made.
SECOND PAYMENT due when your kitten is 6 weeks old. (Invoice will be sent one week prior.)
FINAL PAYMENT due one week before your kitten's scheduled go-home date. (Invoice will be sent one week prior.)
KITTEN PICKUP: Kittens can be picked up when they are 12-14 weeks old; longer stays can be arranged for a boarding fee of $20/day. Delivery is available.
